Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you access and use the Frame to video service.

Last updated: 2026-08-12

1. Agreement and Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://frametovideo.net, including the frame-to-video generation workspace, account features, generation history, downloads, related image or video modes, and paid credit or subscription features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and all activity carried out through your account. If you use a third-party authentication provider, that provider’s terms also apply to your authentication relationship.

3. How Frame to video Works

The Service lets you upload a first frame, last frame, multiple reference images, or other supported media, describe the intended motion with a prompt, choose available model and output settings, and request a generated clip or image. Available models, providers, input formats, aspect ratios, durations, quality levels, audio options, credit costs, and other features may change over time.

Generation is probabilistic. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, visually inconsistent, delayed, unavailable, or different from your prompt. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing, distributing, or using it for business, personal, or safety-critical purposes.

4. Your Inputs and Generated Outputs

You retain your rights in the images, videos, prompts, and other materials that you submit (“Inputs”). You grant Frame to video a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify as technically necessary, and process your Inputs only to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to provide the requested generation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to submit your Inputs and use the resulting output. You must not upload another person’s likeness, voice, personal data, or copyrighted material without the necessary authorization.

To the extent any rights in a generated result are available to you under applicable law, you may use that result subject to these Terms, the plan or checkout terms associated with your account, and any rights or restrictions imposed by the relevant model or media provider. Similar or identical results may be generated for different users, and we do not promise that an output is unique or eligible for any particular intellectual-property protection.

5. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

  • The Service may use credits to measure generation usage. The credit cost is shown in the workspace or checkout flow and may vary by model, duration, quality, resolution, audio, and other options.
  • Subscription credits, credit-pack credits, validity periods, included features, and commercial-use rights are those displayed for the selected plan at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire when the displayed validity period ends.
  • One-time purchases are charged when submitted through the payment processor shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting support@frametovideo.net. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge or provide a prorated refund unless required by applicable law or the Refund Policy.
  • Payment providers process payment details under their own terms. We may suspend access to paid features if a payment is reversed, fails, or is disputed.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Generate or distribute fraud, scams, malware, spam, deceptive impersonation, or manipulated media intended to cause harm.
  • Create non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hateful abuse.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or expose private information about another person.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to process, or use the Service to make decisions about a person in a way that creates legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards.
  • Circumvent credit limits, access controls, rate limits, security measures, or payment requirements; probe or interfere with the Service; or use automated access that is not authorized by us.
  • Use outputs or the Service in a way that falsely suggests endorsement by Frame to video or a model, provider, person, or brand.

We may remove content, refuse a generation, limit features, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms or the law has been violated.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party hosting, storage, authentication, payment, security, analytics, and AI or media-processing providers. Their availability, features, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. We may change or discontinue a provider or model without guaranteeing continued access to a particular model, output format, or processing time.

8. Availability and Support

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, network failures, capacity limits, and other events may delay or prevent a generation. For help with an account, generation, credit, payment, or privacy matter, contact support@frametovideo.net.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, availability, and that an output will meet your requirements or be legally usable in a particular jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for checking Inputs and outputs for accuracy, safety, consent, copyright, trademarks, privacy, and compliance before use. Do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-risk decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame to video will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or use arising from or related to the Service, Inputs, outputs, account, payment, or inability to access the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at https://frametovideo.net/terms-of-service and update the date above. If you continue using the Service after the update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, legal or security risk, non-payment, or abuse of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those concerning Inputs, disclaimers, liability, and disputes, will survive.
